Tochal Ski Resort

Tochal region has 3 different resorts. The first resort starts from 3850 meters heights to the hotel located on the height of 3550 meters. In fact the length of this resort is about 1200 meters. Among the facilities of this complex we can mention trap and chair lift. Of course in order to get to all resorts in Tochal Complex you can also use cable car. This track is one of the earliest resorts in Iran covered with snow which is usable in first month of autumn. The other track is placed in western slopes and has 900 meters length. Another track with 550 meters length is also preparing.

Darbandsar Ski Resort

This case of ski resort in Iran is the only track that has snow maker machine and has hosted several international ski league competition. This complex is equipped with chair lift, ski lift, cable car, restaurants and ski school.

Abali Ski Resort

Abali is actually the oldest among the ski resorts of Iran located in Tehran. This complex has 5 tracks, all equipped with cable cars and chair lift. The complex also has other facilities such as tennis courts, horseback riding, kite jumping, hotel, restaurant and medical assistance.

Shemshak Ski Resort

This resort is located in Shemiran and has 75 km distance to Tehran. The heights changes from 3050 meters to 2550 meters. This Resort known also international and is equipped with chair lift, ski lift, cable car and spotlight. Yellow spotlights make it possible to ski at night. The facilities of the complex include two hotels and four restaurants. This track is usually usable in early December and has snow until mid-April. Dizin Ski Resort

Dizin can be considered as the most important ski resort in Iran and the Middle East, which is located in Karaj city, Alborz province. Among the Iranian ski resort, the first to be recognized and hosted by international competitions was the Dizin Ski Resort. Dizin has 23 ski tracks and facilities such as cable car traps, sledges, ski lifts and grass tracks. In this complex there are 7.5 km ski tracks that varies from 3,600 meters to 2,650 meters. By being open from early December to late May, Dizin offers most of its time to skiers. In the summer, the Dizin Ski Resort is very pleasant and cool and there is a possibility of skiing on the grass. Other amusements of this complex in the summer season are including; mountain biking, archery, kite riding and enjoying its wonderful nature.

Khor Ski Resort

Next to the Karaj dam there is an ancient village called Khor, where a ski resort has been established. The pier is located at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level and has two routes of 1850 and 300 meters. In order to access there just drive 23 km from Chalus Road to the side road. A ski lift has also been built on the track.

Alvares Ski Resort

This case of Iranian Ski Resort is located in the high slopes of Sabalan and at a distance of 12 km from Alvarez village and 24 km from Sarein. Since it is located at an altitude of 3200 meters above sea level, it is full of snow during autumn and winter. It takes six to eight months of the year to use. It also has facilities such as lifts and traps to climb the mountain.

Poladkaf Ski Resort

This complex has been named the second largest international ski slope in Iran and located in Sepidan City which is 85 km away from Shiraz. Poladkaf can be used in four seasons of the year and is 2850 meters above sea level. Facilities include cable car, ski lift, restaurant, fast food, coffee shop, guest house, hotel, snowmobiles, mountain cars, smart wheels, pedal boats, horse riding, cycling, ski shop and the ski school cam be pointed out.

Alvand Ski Resort

This case of Iranian Ski Resort located 10 km southwest of Ganjnameh, in Hamadan Province, next to the slopes of Alvand mountain. This complex is 1600 meters long. Facilities in this complex we can point out would be; lift and trap devices and a shelter and a guest house with 550 square meters of infrastructure, a dormitory, a restaurant, a ski school and an emergency power plant. In summer when the weather in Hamedan is very pleasant, it is possible to ski on the grass on a 5000 square meter land equipped with a ski lift.

Nesar Ski Resort

Chelgard Ski Resort

One of the best ski resorts in Iran placed in Charmahal and Bakhtiari Province, in Kuhrang City. One of the most famous and popular Zagros ski slopes in Iran, which is very old and was built in 1975. This ski slope is located near the first tunnel of Kuhrang and in the eastern part of the mountain which has about 800 meters long and has a slope of 20% to ski lifts, snow plows, lifting devices in three separate areas and 2 lifts for men and women and one lift for training in length of 200 meters. The advantages of this ski slope are that it is sunny most days of the year and provides suitable amenities and services such as accommodation, car parking, local souvenir shop and rental shop and sale of ski equipment.

Sahand Ski Resort

Sahand Ski Resort can be mentioned from the northwestern tracks of Iran which is located near Tabriz. The advantages of this ski slope are the half-hour distance to the city of Tabriz and facilities such as 12 lifts, a villa hotel and sport places along the way. You can ski on the Sahand ski resort for 6 months of the year. Although the depth of its powdery snow sometimes reaches up to 4 meters but it is not avalanche-prone.

Dena Ski Resort

Dena ski slope is also known as Kakan ski slope where is located 18 km from Yasuj City and has totally 1500 meters long and 600 meters wide; As a result, it is one of the largest ski slopes in Iran. The various facilities of this track, such as plate ski lifts, different tracks, dormitories and restaurants, along with the trainers make it very suitable for training and it is an active ski slope in the southern half of the country. This ski slope can be used in winter until early spring.

Khoshako Ski Resort

Another Iranian ski slopes in the West Azerbaijan province and the city of Urmia is the Khoshako ski slope in the mountains of this region which is selected as a ski slope in winter and a destination for mountaineering in summer. Shirbad Ski Resort

The location of Shirbad resort is near Neishabur and at the foot of the highest peak of Khorasan province with a height of 3310 meters. Although it has a dangerous access route but it attracts many ski enthusiasts every year. There is a 900 meter ski lift, a three floor building with a restaurant and lounge with storage for ski equipment in this complex. The 1200 meter route of this ski slope is very enjoyable and the accommodation suites allow you to stay on this track. The time of using Shirbad ski slope would be until the middle of May.

Sirch Ski Resort

Fereydunshahr Ski Resort
