This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff behaved as if I owed them something. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no kettle, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The prices were comparable to a four-star hotel, but the facilities were closer to a guesthouse. Breakfast was very poor and disorganized. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Advantages of this hotel: The staff were exceptionally polite and respectful. Every request was answered and handled quickly. The room, bed linens, slippers, and all room facilities were extremely clean. The room included a hairdryer, towels, blankets with covers, air conditioning, a bedside lamp, fruit plates, a fruit knife, a salt shaker, glasses, and most of the essentials. Breakfast had a good variety. The beds were new and comfortable. The hallways were completely quiet. There was parking available, and access to tourist attractions was quick and convenient. Disadvantages: No elevator, no sink or kettle in the room, and no dinner plates or cutlery.
If I visit Alborz Hotel again, I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to others because the location is excellent.
