The room was very dirty, the bathroom and toilet were really awful, the shower was broken, the flush didn't work, unfortunately we had stayed in this hotel before in the first floor and it was fine, but when we asked at the reception why the 4th floor was like that they just said yes the first floor is cleaner and better than the 4th floor.

The hotel was cheap and had a very reasonable price, but because of that it wasn't very interesting. I recommend spending a little more for accommodation but staying in a better place. With this price you can not expect more.
We stayed at this hotel in December of this year, unfortunately, it is not a very good hotel. We stayed for three nights and the noise was very loud coming from the hallway because of the thin walls and lack of soundproofing. The dogs barking could be heard throughout the morning due to its proximity to the park. Breakfast was like in a guesthouse with minimal options. On the last day, the reception staff charged us 12,000 Toman for two bottles of mineral water that I think is the minimum amenities offered by the hotel. We would wake up at 6 am because of the noise from other guests who were going to the island of Hormuz but the pier was closed. The location of the hotel is also not close to the city center. In any case, I definitely do not recommend this hotel and you will not have a good stay.
We stayed in this hotel as a family for 4 nights. We are not picky people, but the hotel was really nice and clean. The staff and employees were very kind, polite, and friendly. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and good...The food at the restaurant was also good and we were satisfied. The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the family park....We definitely recommend this hotel, Amir Hotel.

We are currently staying here in December 2021. We are satisfied with the price. The cleanliness is also good. The behavior of the staff is really great. The services are also good. Overall, we are satisfied
We rented a four-bed room but since the room was not ready, we were given a 6-bed one with 1 single bed. We booked at the original price and even when we extended, they charged us the same price for the 4-bed room, which was very satisfying. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.
