Hello, I stayed in this hotel for four days. First of all, you should not expect a very good Arka Hotel and that there are so many beautiful places in Arka Hotel that you only come to your hotel for sleeping. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm and immediately received my room which had a sea view. You can ask anything from the reception and they will do it for you immediately. The whole city is concentrated in one main street, and this hotel is located close to the old and central part of the city. In my opinion, given its cost compared to other hotels, it is a good option. Have a good trip Arka Hotel is a very beautiful city with excellent people, I hope you enjoy it

Unfortunately, I chose this hotel based on previous reviews... General faults of the hotel:. 1. I don't know that previous users said that the hygiene of this hotel is like a 5-star hotel, but a hotel with a bathroom and toilet in a small space that you can't take a bath or has interior walls is not comparable to my point of view. 2. The biggest problem of this hotel is the noise of the rooms because the rooms are not acoustic so the sound from all rooms was coming and it was disturbing at night. 3. There was no heating in the rooms, the room was cold, I requested a portable heater but they didn't have it that's not possible for a hotel to be in this condition. 4. The parking of the hotel, the parking is inconvenient, if you want to move your car forward, you have to wait for one hour and you will miss some of your activities. 5. Weak management: The staff are very kind but they are not enough for each service must come to you and you must do your work yourself like a hotel
