We stayed at the hotel with green site below for 4 nights and had a very pleasant and different experience, if you are looking for absolute peace and to escape from the city, I recommend this hotel; I hope that the hotel management will have more oversight on training staff in the reservation department so that the pleasure of the trip is maintained from the first moment for travelers.

Overall, we had a memorable stay and the forest cabin of the hotel was a very exciting experience. However, the items mentioned should be informed to guests in advance, especially for the upper site which has limitations.
Great, and it was interesting to stay in the cabins, only if snap could tell guests that for staying in the upper site and cabins you need to use the cable car. We first went by the map, after going up the mountain, we had a lot of difficulty returning to the hotel. However, the staff were very helpful
Very well built, located on top of the mountain with a large area and a variety of suites and cabins. Staff behavior is very professional and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and cafe, transportation to and from the hotel is only by cable car and in case of closure of the cable car, it is done with the hotel's own vehicle, which is parked in the 24-hour security zone at the cable car station.
