We stayed there for three nights. The hotel was clean. The cleanliness was good. We had one meal there which was good. The staff were friendly and polite, but they did not have professional behavior. No staff member accompanied us during the check-in time😳We asked someone to come for the room handover. Breakfast was definitely not up to 5-star hotel standards, in fact, the hotel itself was at most 4-star. The beds were very hard. But the size of single beds was very good. On Friday morning, we woke up at 7-8 am due to the sound of car mowing, which was really surprising. Overall, the hotel is a decent hotel, but has a lot of potential to be a 5-star hotel.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Only the breakfast could be better. The hot food menu was completely cold.

All parameters related to the hotel were excellent. Only the number of covered parking spaces was low, and if breakfast was served in a more open space, it would have been a better experience.
There are not many good hotels in Botanic Palace Hotel, but I think this one was one of the best. The only problem was that there were not enough amenities in the room.
Beautiful space, beautiful environment, it was far from the city, the interior design was beautiful, the staff were very polite and professional. Check-out was very fast, but the breakfast menu was weak and the minibar (refrigerator) was empty and there was no shop nearby to buy some items.
Everything was standard and good. The room I stayed in had two air conditioning systems, and there was a very peaceful atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my stay.
