This stay was not good.
It was very good and a wonderful experience
The stay was very comfortable. Thank you. But they charged the entire bill for using one of the mini bar items. Other items were untouched and were only in a thermal sealed bag.
Overall, it was not a good experience compared to the price. We did not have any peace and quiet, and there was always noise. We used their fast food, and its quality was not bad but the price was very high.
The behavior of the staff was very friendly and respectful. The management was also very hospitable, but breakfast was really poor. The water in the bathroom was cold. They had covered the main courtyard roof and there was no sunlight in the room, which greatly affected your feeling in an old house.
I came to Darbar Hotel for the first time and I will definitely choose it again if my route passes through Darbar Hotel. The hotel has all facilities in one place, a good restaurant, a cafe and live music at night which was very nice
The room that was given to us did not have a window and could not access the open air. Accessing the bathroom and toilet was difficult due to many stairs. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the room was very depressing and lacked cleanliness and arrangement. There were no facilities like towels, shampoo etc. in the room. Overall, I was not satisfied and it made me feel bad. The cooling system also did not work properly
Due to its restaurant in the middle, there is noise from live music until midnight. Its bathroom was not very clean and we received our hygiene kit a day later than they promised - breakfast also has no variety, only 3 simple items
It was very good and I was satisfied with the choice of this hotel
