A good hotel, I stayed in the worst rooms for two years and they have given out the worst rooms. The air conditioner is broken and the ventilation is very poor, attached to the toilet
Not a bad hotel, I stayed in this hotel for the 4th time, but I was not satisfied with the food, they were overly strict and did not allow me to bring the food to the room. Maybe I will not choose this hotel again.

Hello. I arrived a little earlier and they told me to come at 13:00. Then I went to visit and came back very tired. They said that we could not give you a room and you should go to another hotel! When asked why, they said the problem was broken, and now we only have twin and three-bed rooms which are not for you. In response, I asked what the next step would be. They said nothing, just go to another star hotel!! So they were not even willing to pay a fine for this problem. And I went to the 5-star hotel with a very bad experience.

Hello, I stayed from May 18, 2025 for 3 nights, the cleanliness is normal but sometimes poor, the bathroom has a very bad smell of sewage, I went to reception several times and they did not respond, another issue is the expensive food and low quality. Overall, I will not choose this hotel again
If it doesn't matter to you that you are in a great place, it is good given the price and its location. But I will not choose it for my next trip
Overall, I was satisfied. On Friday evening, due to the fact that they said the room you wanted was unavailable, they moved us to another hotel and we returned to Enghelab hotel the next day. The only annoying thing was the smell of cigarettes in the 3rd floor hallway which sometimes entered the room. We were otherwise satisfied.
