Everything was great. It is extremely affordable compared to the price.
I booked a single king room but they gave me a separate double room, which was not specified during booking. They said that there was no heating system in the room and I slept with two blankets because of the cold. Wi-Fi was available, but it was not accessible. I woke up at 8 am due to the noise from the service staff. The refrigerator turned on every half hour with a loud motor, and the ventilation also worked loudly.
I am very satisfied with the staff's behavior and the cleanliness of the rooms. I recommend it if you are looking for a clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff, and if you do not mind the distance from the shrine.
This was my first experience at Ericah Hotel in Isfahan. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, I really enjoyed everything, the restaurant had a great view. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and thank you to Mrs. Melani.

Overall, the hotel was clean and good value for money. If they could just fix the bathroom taps, it would be a perfect hotel.
There were good facilities in the hotel rooms and good management of prices. Apart from fluctuations in water pressure and bad odor from the traditional toilet, it was located in a nice place in the city, and the distance from the shrine limited the visits to the holy shrine of Imam Reza.
