The hotel is good and the environment is quiet, but the hotel's maintenance and repairs need to be done and updated. Given the current conditions, the hotel should always continue its work in ideal conditions. In terms of breakfast quality, there has been a significant decline, so I recommend that management always maintain the ideal condition of the hotel for welcoming guests.
The hotel had a beautiful terrace and great view.
Overall, it was good but not really 5-star. It could be more like a 4-star hotel.
In general, if you want a few days of rest and peace without noise, this is a good hotel, provided that there are no sounds from the neighboring rooms.
Congratulations, always so good and memorable.
It only carries the name of 5 stars, in reality it's not more than 3 stars.
Suitable access to shopping centers, also suitable in terms of quality and price.
The hotel is very good and tidy. But certainly because of the unnecessary discounts offered for peak periods and the hotel being full of guests, I was disappointed. A 5-star hotel should definitely have at least 1 prestige level, which I was really disappointed by seeing
I always went to Grand Hayat (Torghabeh) Hotel, I would go to Dorvish or Qasr Tale hotel. This time because I was going by my own car, I went to Park Hayat hotel and I was very satisfied. The hotel is very large, clean and spacious. Its location is excellent, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The only weakness of the hotel is its housekeeping and staff. They are not good at cleaning. Compared to other hotels, their housekeeping is very poor.
