Overall, it is acceptable. The cleanliness of the towels and linens was not good, and there was no chair on the terrace which made it practically unusable.

The trip was good, but the double room with the extra bed for 3 people was not suitable. It was small.

It's a shame that with such beautiful nature, there is no proper maintenance and standard tourist standards. It has lost its potential for tourism.

Overall, this hotel has a renovated suite that is suitable for accommodation and is clean. The other one-bedroom villas and three-bed villas are so dirty and old that you would not want to stay in them for even a minute - or you would have to give up on the booking money and change hotels, or pay a very high price and take the villa - The villas are also located near the road, with very loud road noise inside the villa. Breakfast is also served like in a guesthouse and there is no self-service breakfast.

The hotel's facilities were very poor. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I was charged 40,000 Tomans for breakfast for two people, and there was no self-service option. It included tea, sandwiches, butter, and cheese. When we received the key, the room was not clean, they just changed the towels, but did not tidy up the room. In the reservation, we informed Travital that there is no space available or that it is full, even though when we arrived there were only a few guests at the hotel, approximately.

The hotel's facilities are becoming less and less. It was not good and we were not satisfied. The pool and the cottage are terrible.

The most important issue with the hotel was the terrible reception. The hotel staff was not skilled in hospitality and spoke rudely, especially as if he was annoyed that we had booked through Travital. We received a payment for the cottage, gave them the money, and they gave us everything rudely.
