I wanted to walk in the pedestrian area, I had to pay millions of Tomans to be allowed to go there. The hotel staff is not friendly at all. We ate a kebab that was very poor quality. The money taken from people does not go into improving the quality of the hotel. This hotel deserves only 3 stars

They said the ski area was open, but the rooms that were delivered had dirt on them. Even the bedsheets were not neatly made. The cleaning is really bad, but the environment is very good for relaxation and fresh air
