The hotel's coffee shop is in the lobby and provides a pleasant space for relaxation and drinks. Other facilities include a lobby with a capacity of 50 people, safe deposit boxes, an elevator, laundry services, fax and printer available by prior arrangement, limited free internet and adherence to safety standards. Close to the shrine - no free drinking water - the provided towel was old, torn, and without a cover - reasonable for a regular guesthouse price
The hotel staff were polite, but I do not recommend the hotel at all. It is not clean; everywhere there is dust - it was just enough for a second person to use the table, which was full of stains and hand marks that supposedly had been cleaned - (e.g.) the coffee shop was full of dust, and I doubt it will be cleaned regularly. I recommend other hotels
It was good except for the cooling system, which didn't work at all
Not good
I was sent to another hotel that was completely one-star. The refrigerator wasn't even there. I am very dissatisfied
I had a good experience. It was safe, and the staff were helpful. Thank you for the good service compared to the hotel's level
Nothing good about it
Very bad experience, high price
Overall it was normal, but the manager Mr. Hossein did his job very well
