The 4-star Kiana Hotel, with 110 rooms in a 10-story building, has been welcoming pilgrims and travelers since 2012. The hotel was renovated in 2024 for the comfort of guests. Guests generally expressed high satisfaction with their stay at this hotel, highlighting its cleanliness, excellent staff service, and proximity to the holy shrine as key strengths. The quality of the food was also frequently praised, with many guests finding it to be exceptional. However, some guests mentioned that the relatively high prices compared to the facilities and the hotel's location in narrow streets could sometimes make access a bit challenging.
- Cleanliness and hygiene: The hotel is consistently praised for the cleanliness of its rooms and public areas.
- Staff behavior: The polite, friendly, and professional behavior of the hotel staff, from reception to service personnel, has been a key strength.
- Food quality: Many guests have praised the quality and variety of food, especially breakfast, describing it as good or excellent.
- Proximity to shrine: The hotel's location, although in side streets, is highly valued by pilgrims due to its proximity to the shrine.
- Amenities: The presence of amenities such as sauna and jacuzzi (in some reviews) and suitable public facilities has been appreciated.
- Location: Hotel's location in narrow and winding streets sometimes makes access by car difficult, which some guests consider a drawback.
- Price vs. Amenities: In some reviews, the cost of accommodation is considered slightly high compared to the amenities offered.
- Low room lighting: Some guests have mentioned that the room lighting is low and the use of yellow light creates an unpleasant atmosphere.
- Limited facilities in some rooms: Issues such as the absence of electric kettles, potential damage to equipment, or small bathroom sizes have been noted in some rooms.
- Quality of some meals: While most reviews mention good food quality, there are also instances of excessively spicy food or lower quality specific meals (such as dinner).
I recommend it
Excellent. I have only stayed at the Kia Hotel for several years and recommend it to others.
Good
The facilities in this hotel are not even up to 3 stars
Overall, the cleanliness and food quality were not bad. The sauna and jacuzzi were active, which was a plus due to its proximity to the shrine, and it was within a 5-minute walk. However, the price was relatively high for the facilities, and the facilities did not match that price. Even the buffet meals in the room were not plentiful, and they even charged separately for bottled water, although they had already paid for it. The menu of the hotel food was optional and didn't have more than 4-5 options. The rooms were okay, but the lighting in the rooms was very dim, which made us uncomfortable, and they used yellow light, which gives headaches. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel that charges separately for it, which is not right, as a 4-star hotel should provide it for free. They don't have transportation to return to the airport. If I summarize, this hotel wasn't bad or good, but you can stay in hotels with better facilities at this price.
