The hotel offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, a pleasant restaurant and teahouse, and provides housekeeping services to its guests. Its location is also very convenient, placing you close to many of Shiraz’s sights and historical sites. From Kowsar Hotel in Shiraz, Karim Khan Citadel, Vakil Bazaar and Vakil Bath are a 10–15 minute walk away, and Hafezieh is a 10-minute drive. The hotel is also near shopping centers such as Zeytoon and Mahestan. For dining and drinks outside the hotel you can visit Rudaki Restaurant and the Shapouri Mansion Café. The bus stop and Zandieh metro station are within a few minutes’ walk, and from Kowsar Hotel in Shiraz you can stop by Zeytoon Shopping Center for shopping.

It was very poor performance for the price. The hotel's parking lot was shared with the nearby commercial complex. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. There was a shoe hanging outside the window of our room. The toilet flush in the bathroom didn't work. The extra blanket in the closet was crumpled. Overall, the hotel is not very appealing. You can spend an additional fee to experience a hotel with one star more but a noticeable difference in terms of cleanliness and facilities (I mention this based on my stay at the Kowsar Hotel). In general, I don't recommend this hotel without mentioning any details that could be detrimental to the staff.
