This is my first and last stay at this hotel. To anyone who wants to come to this hotel, I recommend considering other options. What is considered luxury in this hotel is only a renovated and clean room, while the normal rooms are a complete disaster. This hotel is not even worth 1 star. The breakfast was only 4 items, which were dry bread and no water. The staff's behavior was very bad and rude. Only one of the staff members who handed over the room was friendly. I am surprised by the management that it is so weak and terrible. Everything
Negative feeling
Overall, the hotel is great. Having breakfast is really helpful. I think that the renovated section, called "luxury", is being sold. I didn't know that I thought it was just renovated. I think the new units are very clean and better. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the staff compensated for any shortcomings. There is parking which is also good.
The quality of the rooms is not up to 3 stars. All wooden doors are rotten, the television is small and old, there were no disposable slippers, the walls are damaged, the window door is broken and without a mosquito net.
Good and charming
It could be better
I stayed at this hotel very little if I'm giving a review it's for improvement in general the hotel is somewhat acceptable
The room and assigned equipment was even less than a hostel, after transferring to the reception immediately and kindly we were moved to another room which was better. The breakfast was an insult. It did not deserve 3 stars and this price.
The hotel is an old and somewhat renovated building. It has a warm and quiet environment, but breakfast was weak. The hotel's yard was fantastic, but unfortunately it has been abandoned for years
