Considering all the unacceptable shortcomings and the price, I do not recommend this hotel.

There were no specific advantages.

From check-in to departure, in order: 1. No one accompanied me for guidance and room handover, contrary to other hotels. 2. The double room had all sanitary facilities and even slippers for one person. 3. The cooling system was a fan that did not provide any coolness. 4. The window view from the room had a brick grille that significantly reduced the interior space and there was no view (imagine it like prison). 5. They charged for tea bags and sugar. 6. Very poor breakfast. 7. The shoe cleaning machine was broken. 8. We needed laundry service, which they said was closed until 11.

The breakfast was as good as a five-star hotel, with excellent facilities and cleanliness.

Very beautiful, luxurious, clean hotel. I recommend it to everyone who wants to travel to Yazd.
