Overall, this was a good hotel. While it didn't have tea bags and the water was always available for boiling, the breakfast was acceptable and convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and security in the parking lot and rooms was assured.
Quiet environment with friendly staff
The hotel is clean and renovated. The room sizes were suitable and the cleanliness was good and tidy. The staff's interaction was very respectful.. Fortunately, it was a little away from the city center and attractions (maximum 15 minutes by car) with a green environment suitable for resting after daily visits. There was enough parking available... In my opinion, hotels in old areas do not have sufficient comfort due to their location in alleys and courtyards and the presence of visitors.
If the management replaces and employs a competent person, the hotel has good facilities to offer customers.
Except for the restaurant, all other aspects were up to a 4-star hotel.
I am completely dissatisfied and will never go there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
