Hello, I usually stay in a 5-star hotel, but since we stayed during the Iranian New Year and were satisfied, I booked it. However, the reception staff's behavior was very impolite and unprofessional. The food and breakfast, which is one of the advantages of the hotel, has deteriorated significantly. I have changed to another option. The hotel's nightlife was great.
It was good, I will go again. The breakfast could be better, the service was too noisy.
Overall, it was very good but could be even better. For example, the floors in the room should have carpets, and there should be an extra table in the bathroom. If renovated with walls and floors, it would be great.
We stayed for 3 nights... The staff were friendly. The breakfast was not good. The cleanliness was good. The rooms and equipment were old and needed renovation. It is located in one of the busiest areas of Tehran.
