Reviews
This hotel, despite some expectations of a five-star establishment, has generally satisfied guests. Key strengths include clean rooms, good staff behavior, and an appropriate location in certain cases. However, there are criticisms regarding the quality of food, limited amenities, and occasional inconsistencies in service levels that require further attention.
- Cleanliness and hygiene: Many guests have expressed satisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general.
- Staff behavior: The friendliness, politeness, and professionalism of the staff are consistently praised.
- Affordable price (relative to amenities): In some cases, the hotel's price is considered reasonable given its amenities, especially when discounts are taken into account.
- Location (for some): Access to the shrine and city center was desirable for some guests.
- Room facilities (examples): Features such as kettles, toiletries, and adequate lighting have been noted in some rooms.
- Food quality: One of the most common criticisms is related to the low food quality, especially for lunch and dinner. The lack of variety and poor breakfast quality are also mentioned.
- Amenities and facilities: Limitations in using some facilities (such as the pool), the absence of certain items in rooms (such as a full minibar), and the low quality of some equipment (such as hair dryers or toilets) are mentioned, along with excessive noise from hallways.
- Lack of 5-star hotel standards: Some guests believe that the hotel is not at a true 5-star level and is more like a 4-star hotel.
- Inappropriate behavior by some staff: While most staff members are well-regarded, there have been reports of inappropriate or unprofessional behavior by some individuals (particularly at reception).
- Structural and maintenance issues: Issues such as thin walls, water accumulation in bathrooms, unpleasant sewer smells, and minor problems with the drainage system have been mentioned.
It was great.
I stayed here before, the hotel was good, the food quality was good, now the quality of the food and the hotel is very low, it's like a 3-star hotel.
We stayed for three nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was a good experience, I recommend it but the hotel's swimming pool was under repair before booking check it out.
The hotel is 3-star, because it cannot be compared to 5-star hotels. I could have stayed in better hotels with the amount of money I paid and I don't recommend it because the food was served as a buffet and was poor quality and few items, at a high price
The hotel services are like a 3-star hotel
The food and hotel quality are disastrous, not even a 1-star hotel.
Overall it was good
A 5-star hotel with 3-star services, it is not realistic.
Staying at the hotel was very good, I recommend everyone to experience it once
The beginning wasn't very good... The hotel should not be combined with the military and flexibility should be shown.. I requested a transfer two hours before arrival, but they said it was impossible and you should have made arrangements beforehand. Despite this, everything was perfect, but when entering the hotel due to arriving 10 minutes late, they told us that we couldn't have lunch and would order for us (although when we objected and said that in this case we preferred to cancel at the hotel's expense, we had lunch), I also didn't expect the same attitude. It would be better if hotels without free mini bars had their own roof and if the amount of used mini bar was small, they could tell the traveler that as a gift from the hotel, we will take this into account. In this way, you can create a good feeling for the guest who is leaving the hotel. However, besides these things, we were satisfied with everything given the payment,
