The hotel staff are very kind people, but unfortunately some are doing minimal work. For example, the towels were full of hair when I picked them up from the room, and the central air conditioner runs and I have asked many times to change my room or do something for me but no one has responded and finally I myself closed the cooling fan's door but it still came off and was damaged
The stay was very good, it was a very quiet and safe hotel, and the staff were very kind. The only problem was its air conditioner which was too cold for this season and had no temperature adjustment
It was my second visit, and as always, they managed to satisfy my satisfaction with their excellent service. The mini bar contained herbal drinks, which was very good.
