Upon arrival, the radios were broken and we slept in the cold for one night, but I don't consider this a negative point because it happened and they quickly fixed it the next day. I don't want to say anything bad because there are many good things, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved by management, as it is really everywhere, even inside the suitcases, there were small hairs on the bathroom tiles. The tiles in the bathroom were really disgusting, and I doubt that I will choose this hotel again. When cleanliness is poor, other things become secondary...
In my opinion, the food was good but it could be better. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice, but we were annoyed that there was no tea maker, so we had to take water down ourselves and boil it. There was soap liquid, but not a solid bar of soap. The room had good lighting and was spacious, but the noise from outside the hotel was quite loud.
Kettle to boil water, washing the towel, very old and dilapidated sofa, no dressing table, no bedside table, no towels in the room, no scheduled waste collection. I wish they had at least offered a few cups of tea or drink upon arrival.
My family and my daughter and nephew booked a five-bed two-bedroom suite for 3 nights and I thank all the hardworking staff of this hotel. The room was clean and nice, and their food was excellent and delicious. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel for their trip to Ravagh Apartment Hotel, it is close to the shrine and also to the shopping center
Hello, we had a fantastic stay in this apartment hotel. Excellent cleanliness and the hotel and suite are very bright and nice, immediately noticeable.
