The hotel was safe, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly and extremely respectful. As a single woman, I felt secure despite the broken lock on the room. However, none of the facilities mentioned were available, except for towels and shampoo. They didn't have anything else and when I informed the reception, they told me that the hotel was only two stars. The breakfast was not good at all, it wasn't enjoyable. They also did not have a cafe, restaurant, coffee or even water. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not very good, even the smell of the bedsheets indicated that the sheets and blankets had not been washed. It was okay for one night stay, but I didn't even take a shower and I am sure I will not choose it next time.
