During booking, I requested an extra bed, but unfortunately, there was no extra bed or even a sofa bed in the room upon arrival.
The stay was good and our suite was comfortable and peaceful. There was a large restaurant and it was very close to the shrine and Ayman Mall.
This hotel is very clean and quiet, and also very close to the shrine and has easy access.
The hotel is very good from both cleanliness and proximity to the shrine, but I booked a room without food, but once I tried it, the taste was very bad and I felt really unwell, and also the restaurant was outside the hotel and it made it difficult for me to have breakfast.
Overall, it was good.
The facilities and restaurant of the hotel and the hotel parking are of poor quality.
Overall, everything was great, the only drawback I could mention is the broken towel rack, otherwise everything was good. The hotel staff are new and well-trained, they gave me a triple room instead of a double room which was very clean, especially since I paid in installments from Snap
Average, leaning towards bad
This was my second time staying, but the first time was better
