The locks were designed in such a way that you had to open them with the hotel key and then close them, but none of the residents did this. Either they didn't know how or they couldn't do it. They should have written instructions on the doors or informed guests upon check-in. However, it was completely absurd. The rest of the issues were fine.
Very good
This was the second time. I had to reserve it in February 2014, but insisted on March 2024. Excellent location and clean rooms, professional reception staff.
Not bad
The only positive point is the location of the hotel, but the neighborhood around it is dirty and lacks amenities. There is also no breakfast. The walls are very damaged.
Overall, I was not satisfied.
Good reception staff. Close to shopping centers. Very low cleanliness and tidiness in the hotel. Terrible breakfast. A lot of noise from neighboring units and the street is heard. The price of the hotel is high. The facilities and services are at a 1-star level and lower. I do not recommend it.
