Reviews
This hotel was generally well-received by guests due to its reasonable price, acceptable cleanliness, and convenient access to the subway and BRT. Many travelers appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, neat rooms, and friendly staff. However, the most frequently mentioned issues were related to a lack of essential amenities in the rooms, poor quality of food and breakfast, and inconsistent behavior from the staff. Despite these shortcomings, for budget-conscious and short-term stays, it appears to be a reasonable and cost-effective option according to many guests.

- Quiet atmosphere: Some guests have appreciated the peaceful environment and suitability for relaxation.
- Good value for money: Many consider the hotel suitable overall for budget accommodation.

- Inconsistent cleanliness: While some reviews were positive, inconsistent cleanliness of rooms, hallways, or bathrooms was reported in other experiences.
- Limited parking: Lack of sufficient parking spaces or full parking lots were mentioned as issues.
- Rooms requiring maintenance: Some facilities and items within the rooms were outdated, broken, or incomplete.
Overall, we were not satisfied. The cleanliness was poor, there were hairs on the pillows and sheets, there were cockroaches in the bathrooms, and the toilets inside the rooms did not have locks, and the staff and reception were not very friendly (they were not polite and even forced to greet). They also lacked some essential items that are found in every hotel. Overall, we were not satisfied.
This was the first time I booked this hotel through Travital and since I didn't have any experience staying in this hotel, the restaurant space indicated that it was active but it wasn't. To get bottled water, even hot water, we had to go outside of the hotel. I think it would be good if the hotel provided some basic amenities.
When we went, they said that the room was not ready and with a lot of arguing, they handed it over at 14:45. The behavior of the staff was very bad and rude, and I will never stay here again.
Normal
It has been declining over the past two years and in terms of amenities such as shampoo, towels, tea maker, breakfast, etc. there is nothing.
I will never stay there again.
It's good for the price.
Good for the price, otherwise it's an ordinary place.
The shampoo is weak.
Overall, it's worth the price. I recommend it if you are looking for a basic stay.
