Very bad behavior of the manager and staff, very poor services, the bedding and towels were not clean, the heaters did not work, the heating was a split system that also did not work for one of our rooms, there was no liquid in the bathroom, and neither the traditional tea house nor free internet, which were mentioned as amenities, were available. One of the rooms we booked was broken in its bathroom and we got stuck inside, they changed the room, but it was also broken in its bathroom and we had to make do with it. Overall, the experience was not good at all because we didn't have a place to stay
