The room I was given at first wasn't good and it was a 5-bed room, but after changing it to a standard double room, it was very nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well, the furniture and bathroom were clean, there was soap and shampoo, but no towels, which was included in my purchase from Shams Hotel. There was a refrigerator, but empty, and if you need anything, you can buy it from the nearby supermarket. There was no breakfast, but there was a nice cafe nearby with a good breakfast. Overall, I am satisfied that I booked this hotel and with such an appropriate price.
The air conditioners in the rooms didn't work, there was a strong smell of dampness, and the water pressure was very low. Although I was on the first floor, it was very difficult to take a shower. This is what other guests at the hotel also said. The trash can was only inside the bathroom, and because there was no trash bin, it made the work difficult. There was no place to hang clothes. Overall, it wasn't interesting or satisfying.
In my opinion, considering the facilities and luxury of the Shams Hotel, the price is fair and good. Although it was September in the end, the volume of tourists was very low and there was a lack of tourism, but with an increase in tourists, the price and quality will change. In general, given the limited facilities of the hotel, the price is fair.
