Reviews
This hotel has received very positive feedback from guests, with many considering it to be far exceeding the expectations of a three-star hotel. Key highlights include excellent cleanliness of rooms and public areas, the courteous and professional behavior of staff, and the quality of breakfast and food. Many guests appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the value for money, and convenient access to markets and, to some extent, the shrine of Imam Reza. However, recurring issues such as distance to the shrine, limited parking, small size of some rooms, and weaknesses in ventilation or heating/cooling systems were also noted. Overall, this hotel appears to be a satisfactory and recommended option for economical and clean accommodation.
- Excellent cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms, facilities, linens, and common areas was a major positive.
- Excellent staff service: Guests praised the courtesy, friendliness, responsiveness, and professionalism of the staff.
- Suitable breakfast and food: The quality and variety of breakfast were highly rated, as well as the restaurant's food.
- Good value for money: The hotel offered good value for its facilities and quality, exceeding expectations for many guests.
- Quiet and pleasant environment: The hotel was described as a quiet and relaxing place, away from the hustle and bustle.
- Convenient access to markets: The proximity to shopping centers and nearby markets was a notable advantage.
- Distance to the shrine: For some guests, walking to the shrine was long and this was the most repeated complaint.
- Limited or unsuitable parking: The lack of parking space or inadequate parking for all guests was mentioned in several reviews.
- Small size of some rooms: Some rooms, especially single or double rooms, had limited space.
- Poor ventilation and/or cooling/heating: Several comments mentioned the heat in the room, the weak performance of the air conditioning system, or the noise from it.
- Not very varied breakfast in some cases: Despite overall satisfaction, some people considered the breakfast options to be improvable.
- Details of room service: In some experiences, issues like daily charging not being available, delays in service, or lack of certain items were mentioned.
I recommend to all my friends not to pay attention to the star ratings of hotels because I have been to many five-star hotels, but I was more satisfied with this hotel
Very good
It was a delightful stay, excellent cleanliness, the staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast variety was good, the food quality was good and at an affordable price, the hotel environment was peaceful, overall I recommend this hotel to everyone.
Last year we stayed in this hotel and had a two-bed and four-bed big room with all the facilities, but this year the three-bed rooms were very small and did not have any sofa. However, I will choose Simorgh Hotel as my option for future trips due to the price and quality
I would definitely go to this hotel again, it was really good and had a great price
Overall, it was a good hotel, clean and breakfast varied
We stayed in a four-bed suite, it would be better if there were more floors with more elevators and if the transportation service to the shrine was also increased. This will definitely make the hotel even better
I stayed at this hotel with my mother for 3 nights and 4 days, and I must say that I really enjoyed it. This three-star hotel is truly great and clean. The rooms are quiet and away from the noise of the surrounding shrine, while you can easily reach the shrine within a 20-minute walk, and they also have free service twice a day. As for the staff, on the first day upon arrival, I realized that I had booked an economical room, which was not suitable for me, but the reception staff kindly showed me several rooms to find one that suited my needs and then paid the difference. Water and tea are only charged on the first day, and cleaning is not done every day unless you request it. There are all the necessary amenities in the room, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, and body lotion. Most of the services in the rooms are in English, but there are also some Iranian ones available in all floors. The hotel only offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be obtained from its own restaurant, whose dishes are truly high quality, delicious and at an affordable price. However, the bread was not fresh for breakfast, and the milk was a bit sour, although there were many items for breakfast, but it could be better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
It was very good
