The hotel's location is convenient; it's about a 10–15 minute walk to island shopping centers such as Pardis Bazaar, Setareh Shopping Center, City Center 1 and 2, and the Old Bazaar. The beach and the fish market are a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the Portuguese Castle is 15 minutes on foot. By car or taxi you can also visit the island's sights and attractions such as the Naz Islands (25 minutes), Laft Village (53 minutes), the Hara mangrove forests (1 hour), Chahkooh Gorge (1 hour and 20 minutes), and Namakdan Cave (2 hours). For dining, you can go to Royal Restaurant 100 meters from the hotel, or to Kurdistan Restaurant and the traditional Kavan teahouse and restaurant 700 meters away.

Not good compared to the price
I was very satisfied with the excellent facilities I had for the price I paid.
Zero facilities, broken elevator, no tea maker in the room, broken TV remote, only one pair of slippers for 4 days, water leaking from the air conditioner, the sound of a jackhammer came from the air conditioner and we had to choose between tolerating this noise or unbearable heat, very bad considering the price
Overall, I found it very suitable and acceptable at the price. Even I didn't think that such a reasonable level of service would be possible during peak season.
Does not have any standard of a hotel and also the cleaning service was very weak. I do not want to experience it again.
Good and warm staff
Not clean at all and also with cockroaches in the room
Overall, it is good for a convenient stay and close to shopping and sea areas
