Hello, we stayed at this hotel with our family for three nights, the rooms are really clean and cool, and the ventilation is excellent. Unfortunately, the three-bed rooms did not have any views, and two-thirds of the rooms were completely covered because they could not see outside, the hotel was located in a quiet location and it took 20 minutes to walk to Jorm, there was free bottled water available on all floors of the hotel, breakfast was good but I think that there was too much use of snacks and sweets. The buffet lunch and dinner with four types of food that I thought were average cost 1100 per person. Overall, considering the 4-star rating, the hotel deserves a high rating, thank you to the management and respectful staff and the StepTrip team

Comfortable and quiet stay, proximity to 17th of September shopping center and the night market on the street next to the hotel was interesting
Overall everything was good
I gave my suit for ironing, they said it would take 140 when I came to collect it, I was charged 380 for a suit, I complained and they said we also charge that price, and in addition the behavior of the laundry staff was not good, I told them five times about my clothes and even called the housekeeping department but they didn't respond, I asked them to bring something for me and they never did, but the breakfast was very good, the behavior of the restaurant staff was excellent
I have been using this hotel for about 4 consecutive years and I am very satisfied
Overall it was very good and I will definitely come back to Tabarok Hotel if I go to Mashhad again
