The hotel was not better than a guesthouse, upon arrival there wasn't parking and having to park the car on the street in front of the hotel bothered me. Inside the room there was only a simple 42-inch TV with five internal networks, a simple sofa and double bed (the room was for three people) and without any facilities such as an electric kettle, bedside lamp and... The cleanliness inside the room was very poor, on the beds there was hair and dirt on the walls there was dust. In the bathrooms the towels, toothbrush and toiletries were not in a bag. For breakfast there was no variety and only fried eggs and omelet were available, plus some lentils and porridge which was not being served (the porridge was two or three days old), spoons, forks and knives were placed on the dirty and stained fabric tablecloth. In conclusion, it should be said that it is a roadside guesthouse in Zagros, not a four-star hotel. I don't recommend it.
The location of the hotel is in the city, the staff are polite and helpful, and the hotel is clean. There is also a good coffee shop at the hotel.
If Amir Kabir is possible, I will not choose here.
A hotel with average facilities, but excellent staff who provide a great stay.
Overall everything was good but some things were missing, for example, hot water should be provided free of charge to the rooms.
Unfortunately, despite booking accommodation days in advance, the room was delivered with several hours delay. It would be better if a penalty is considered for this.
In general, it was a suitable place. Compared to hotels in this price range and with this number of stars in other cities, it had good facilities. The rooms were well designed and the services provided were appropriate. The hotel's location was also very excellent and close to most important centers of the city. I also recommend it to others.
I had a very good and excellent stay. The hotel management is clearly doing a very good job and the staff are very friendly and polite. I recommend this hotel to everyone for accommodation.
The reception staff were polite. The mattress had a gap and the pillow was not of good quality. I expected more from a four-star hotel.
