Overall, the hotel was not bad, but the mistakes and subsequent unprofessional behavior of the night shift reception staff, who were a man, caused me and my colleague to be very uncomfortable, they didn't even apologize. We had booked a double room, but apparently he wasn't aware of this, and on the last night when my colleague arrived at the room, he was checked in as a guest and after two hours of staying, several calls were made with a very rude tone, and I was told to leave immediately, even without giving me time to prepare properly. Someone was sent to the room that is illegal, despite all the explanations I gave about the double booking, my colleague left the hotel in a very bad condition, after leaving he checked the system again and realized his mistake, if they had just apologized it would not have happened. In any case, I haven't seen such behavior in all the hotels where I have stayed. I definitely don't approve.
