During a 10-day stay, which included 6 nights at the Ana Hotel, the services were excellent and attentive on the first day. After that, it became very poor, and they would always find an excuse to present things well.
I liked the peace and quiet.
We stayed here with our family for one night, and we were satisfied from every point of view. There were a few minor drawbacks, but the strengths outweighed them. Overall, if we are going to stay in Ana Hotel again in this beautiful city, we will definitely choose it.
Everything was great, but the hotel breakfast did not live up to the 5-star standard.
Overall, the hotel is not bad... it is okay compared to other 5-star hotels in Iran.
We spent a very good 24 hours at the hotel. I think it is one of the best hotels in Iran. However, there are two things that need to be mentioned. First, it needs an overhaul. Some of the lights and chandeliers are broken. Second, the taps in the public bathrooms have some minor issues.
