People smoke in the hallways, and there is no ventilation or window, which makes the smell of cigarettes in the room unpleasant. I told reception about this, but they said they couldn't do anything.

The staff are very nervous and bad-tempered... breakfast is very weak... there is no electric kettle... they charge separately for boiling water... they don't provide breakfast as a takeout.
