Dear. The hotel has a clean and very well-maintained environment. However, the elevator in the parking lot was broken, according to the staff, and this was very bad. In general, the hotel's parking is the main drawback. There should be management of car traffic, especially when it is a narrow ramp that does not allow for two-way traffic. It does not have an elevator, which is a major disadvantage. The staff's communication regarding parking conditions is also not appropriate.
