It was really bad. 1. There was no slippers in the room 2. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste 3. One of the towels was torn 4. There was no wardrobe to put your clothes 5. There were no hangers and you had to hang your clothes on the bed, which is very strange
I had read a lot of positive reviews about breakfast, but it was really disappointing. It didn't have any variety and the quality of the breakfast wasn't up to par with a three-star hotel. Also, not having parking may bother you, and the air conditioning and split system in our room were also broken and very hot, but overall the room space and staff behavior were good
It was clean and hygienic. The staff were very kind. The daily service was good. Only the water pressure in the hotel was low, making it difficult to bathe. There was also a tea maker in the room

In fact, I was very worried after reading user reviews, but to the extent that I wanted, I tried to cancel my reservation, but since it was an Eid period and we would only reach Isfahan Hotel 8 hours before, I didn't cancel. When we arrived, the first thing that caught my attention was the tidy and stylish lobby of the hotel, after which the very professional and good reception guided us to the room, and I realized that fortunately our line had been allocated for the renovation of this hotel, the room was extremely clean, so much so that there were still smells of cleaning products in the room, the room was very chic, with wooden walls and beautiful lighting, the bathroom was also clean, stylish and up-to-date. In terms of the beauty of the room, facilities and cleanliness, it was similar to my experience at Parsian Khazar Hotel, which is a 5-star hotel. We ordered dinner and the food was very high quality, and all dishes came with foil packaging so that they wouldn't get cold. It was not suitable for rest at all, the noise level was very high, the rooms do not have sound insulation
