When I made the reservation, it was stated that the room was on the ground floor, and then I realized that the rooms on the ground floor were dark, had bad smells and noise, and I requested an iron, which they did not provide. The following night, when I stayed there, I asked them again and they said they would bring it to my room, but they didn't bring it, and finally I ironed my clothes myself! When I woke up the next morning, I saw that a man had undressed in a towel from one of the rooms. He was using the bathroom and shower from the floor, and this situation made me very uncomfortable. The two staff members of the hotel also saw him, but they did not warn him or apologize to me, as I was the only woman there. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. And on the first night, their bad service was also noticeable.
The location is good, but the management and lower-level rooms are not good.
It was good and the staff's behaviour was also good and polite.
The sheets were not changed, the room was like a prison in the basement, dirty, and the sound from the neighboring rooms came through the ceiling. I complained that they did not give me an upper-floor room, and they told me that these were apartments.
The price and facilities are really worth it.
Since my stay was short, I don't have any specific comments. In general, it was suitable but could be better.
I felt like I was living in an apartment with a kind manager and neighbors who didn't know how to live in an apartment :)
If the rooms were clean, it would have been good.
