For a short trip and business travel
This hotel is located in the Hassan Abad square and near the Wood Machines Square and also the market for tools and equipment. The Hassan Abad metro station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and can be easily used. The 30th of Tir tourist walkway is also about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and is nearby. The nearest supermarket is a large Etka store that is about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel building is an old building that has been partially renovated. It had a toilet and shower, which were acceptable. The hotel had a desk, makeup table, TV, refrigerator, lamp, and telephone. Towels and bath linens were available in sufficient quantities. Shoes, shampoo, and soap were also provided in sufficient quantities. There was a small carpet on the floor of the room that was somewhat dirty. Breakfast at the hotel was self-service, and the breakfast area was a nice and friendly place that had good quality. They also had a small cafe where you could have coffee.
I will try to give you a very useful experience of staying in this hotel.
Everything was good and satisfying overall. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of access to food supplies, including nearby supermarkets. The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to Hassan Abad metro station and cleanliness.

For me, considering my needs and expectations, it was good. Excellent access, reasonable price, good cleanliness, and healthy breakfast.
We got a room without a private bathroom, and the shower and toilet were combined. So if someone was showering, you couldn't use the facilities. Also, the night we arrived, there was a gentleman who was very patient and friendly, but the next morning there was a young lady whose behavior was very unpleasant. From 9:30 AM until exactly 10 AM, the staff were talking in the hallway with very loud voices, as if no one was there. We couldn't sleep anymore.
Thank God I was able to get through my recovery period after surgery well.
