Overall, it was good for the price. With a little better management in the restaurant and breakfast buffet, and some attention to maintaining furniture and providing suitable wall insulation to prevent noise from nearby streets, it would be even better.
The breakfast is well charged, check-in was done immediately upon arrival.
I stayed for one night, it was a very energetic atmosphere.
It's a shame that this good hotel is deteriorating.
