The return journey to the hotel was very difficult. The entire street was closed due to religious ceremonies during Muharram. I had to stay on the surrounding streets for two hours until a road opened, which is not the hotel's fault, but the noise and traffic are disturbing and not suitable for travelers. Overall, considering the cost of the short stay, it is acceptable.
In short, it is not suitable for families but good for individuals.
The location of the hotel was good, but there are some weaknesses such as not having parking and very weak and ordinary breakfast. Also, not having an elevator makes it impossible for everyone to use this hotel.
It really had enough facilities and was clean and healthy compared to the price and other hotels, and the staff were friendly and accessible 24 hours a day. Overall it was great and satisfying.
I stay in this guesthouse every year. It was very good last year but the breakfast was very weak, it was only served in a small container with very little milk and honey. This was very insulting.
Overall, it was a good stay, but consider these points for family trips. It is not very suitable because the space is small unless you don't have many belongings. I took one and had a small bag, and even that was tight. The rooms are small but the advantage is that there is a large window facing the street and it is not claustrophobic. The service was clean and better than expected, and soap and shampoo were provided. But you need to bring your own towels and hair dryer. My stay was in January during the coldest period, and the room was completely warm with both heater and air conditioner. There was a refrigerator and dining table, but no flask or tea maker, which is not a problem as it is not a hotel, I just wrote this if you choose to do so, be prepared.
The guesthouse is located in a good location in the city and has easy access to the main tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They have a good breakfast and reception. The rooms are clean.

Having parking is a big problem. There was also a delay in breakfast, which was about one quarter to half an hour after, and they were going shopping in the middle of the morning so it was very inconvenient. Just having good quality honey and milk was ok but limited quantity. I had to remind several times to clean the room. The air conditioner made noise and needed repair. If you are not too demanding and just want to sleep, I recommend this place.
