The hotel is in a very good location and the outdoor area of the suite is great for walking and playing children, the breakfast was good and served outdoors by the lake, the suites were clean with appropriate bed linen and towels, but unfortunately the smell of the toilet was completely felt inside the room, shampoo and towel were available in the suite but toothbrush was not.
Absolutely excellent, I hope it remains so.
Because of the location of the hotel, I was from being lethargic and tired to being more active and enjoying the beautiful Kowsar Tourism Complex Hotel nature, it is a cozy and dreamy area next to the beautiful Shoraibil Lake that makes humans fly.
This hotel is unparalleled, the location is very good around Shoraibil Lake, coffee shop, gym and amusement park. Excellent breakfast. Hospitable staff. Great parking. Thank you to the excellent management of this hotel that created wonderful memories for us.

Good times were spent
During the past week, we stayed in this hotel for five nights... When we arrived, it was almost lunchtime, and they only had one type of food available, which I didn't like at all, and the quality was very low compared to the price... Despite booking two weeks in advance, we were given a room different from what we had booked, but without any extra charges...
I recommend staying here because of the wonderful and excellent atmosphere, but the hotel staff should also take action to address these shortcomings in accordance with the money they receive from customers.
