The breakfast was at par with railway station hotels, the rooms were old and dilapidated, the price was very high. If you arrive a little earlier and there is an empty room, they will give it to you for their branding purposes, but this lady receptionist didn't even give me a check-in form before 2 pm and said I would be available after 2pm. There was hardly anyone staying at the hotel. In general, when a company's work is done by employees who receive salaries, care, marketing, and quality are neglected, and there is no difference for the staff. Now I am writing from the same hotel, it is better not to buy from travel companies so that they can do something about themselves. God help the shareholders, I always travel and use Booking.com for foreign trips and Travital for domestic trips, I was really impressed by this hotel and I will go to Shahmirzad next time. There are many other luxurious and cheaper hotels and respect for guests is not important

The advantages of this hotel included having a restaurant with quality food and high-quality cleaning, as well as spacious rooms with a balcony. I was very satisfied 🌹

In general, it was good. I don't know if in the summer, the air conditioner can cool down the room or not. The dishes were also not used. If instead of them, a shiny wax was put, they would have been more useful.
