Was not at all like the pictures. Lacked parking and the service was bad. There was an insect in the room, a bed on the floor, there was no headboard, the bathroom had tiles instead of carpet, there were no slippers in the rooms and the rooms were very close to each other and there was no lobby or cleaning, you charged for a 4-star hotel but only had facilities for a 2-star or less hotel, and there was no breakfast buffet

The door lock was broken and we got stuck inside. The refrigerator in the room was broken and the door fell off. There was no parking at the hotel, so the car had to be parked outside. Wi-Fi did not work.
