The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The presence of a very large, winged cockroach in the bathroom, the lack of a wardrobe or even a place to hang clothes in the room, despite multiple requests, was unacceptable. Also, there was no parking available on the street. The air conditioner was very strong.
I have stayed in this guesthouse before, the quality was satisfactory and the staff were friendly, but for some time now the service has deteriorated significantly. The pillow cover was old and torn, one of the legs of the bed was crooked. Other rooms with the same name also had similar conditions two weeks ago. The price has increased and the services have declined. Also, the amenity pack that was given for each day of stay has been removed. Overall, it was not satisfying given the higher prices compared to other guesthouses.
Overpriced and has no special amenities. Even the hand soap is only available by asking. The cleaning is also not very good.

The sheets were dirty and torn. I was glad that I had brought two sheets with me. The bed is small for someone over 175, and my legs were completely cramped. I woke up several times due to the cold. I was given a fourth-floor room without an elevator, which was also damaged.
