The hotel is very beautiful and the experience was great. The comments were negative, but I still choose this hotel. I just hope that the staff behave more respectfully and that some of the hotel rules are followed. And if there are also cakes and desserts in the breakfast, it would be a plus.
Overall, despite having a cold night with the hope of a hot bath in the morning, and also no hot water in the morning, if you are interested in historical environments, you will have wonderful moments in this hotel.
If you like historical environments, I definitely recommend staying in this hotel for a few nights, the combination of tradition and modernity is very attractive. The cleanliness is excellent along with the delicious food of the hotel restaurant and spending time in the caravanserai area is really wonderful. If you are looking for a very modern hotel with facilities and do not like history, I do not recommend this hotel to you.
This is the third time I have been a guest in this hotel. It is really a beautiful and traditional and excellent place. I love the atmosphere and the Bishtan Mountain. I really feel relaxed here. Hopefully, I will come again in the coming years and my choice will be here 😍
Actually, the room that was given to us had switches and internet inside and it was very noisy, we told the reception but they didn't respond and said that there were no empty rooms...
In general, except for the limited issues, it is satisfactory. The water pressure was significantly low, even to take a shower. After contacting the reception, they said that they were transferring to the water source, but unfortunately, the water pressure remained very weak. The cleanliness of the Iranian bathroom was also very poor and unfortunately, the taps in the female toilet did not have handles.
Besides the issues of cleanliness and food quality, the experience was good.
The environment and location of the hotel is very good, with regard to the 5-star rating of the hotel, I expected more from the behavior of the staff, facilities and cleanliness.
The stay was excellent.
