It was very good. Although the price of the room was high, I could easily stay there by purchasing a credit from Snap, and I recommend this to all my friends and family
It was great. We were not able to book a room with a view of the sea, but even the same room had a good view of the courtyard. Don't worry, it is very beautiful and charming place
Compared to other domestic hotels, it has appropriate order and cleanliness. The rooms facing the sea have a very good size and view. However, compared to a 5-star international hotel like 'Naranjestan', there is room for improvement in the facilities and appearance of the hotel
The electric kettle with tea and coffee cost me 800 Toman, while in all 4-star hotels, these items are free
The behavior of the staff and breakfast were very good, but in the summer we stayed in 4-bed rooms type A and we were satisfied with the cleanliness. This time we booked a 8-person room type C and the carpet was very dirty, and the room had a bad smell, it needed repair and renovation. One of the bedrooms only had one bedside lamp for lighting, which made it difficult to see things in the room after dark
The hotel was generally good
The restaurant 'Sef' has two major problems first the staff is not informed about the availability of food on September 18th, we ordered soup and after 15 minutes they told us that it was not available, so we ordered a caesar salad which took 20 minutes and instead of grilled chicken they gave us chicken schnitzel
Although it was mentioned in the hotel reservation voucher that the reservation included breakfast, the cost of breakfast was charged at the hotel
The place is very nice and charming. Thank you to the Snap team and the Naranjestan Hotel
