Compared to the previous Olympic Hotel which we stayed in at four-star level, it was better and cleaner. The telephone of the room was broken and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. The behavior of the staff on busy days is not appropriate
It was somewhat satisfactory; the possibility of re-accommodation exists.
