I was not satisfied. The hotel's liquid soap and shampoo are of very poor quality. The bathroom shower and telephone in the room were broken. The mini-bar refrigerator did not even have a chocolate. There was no coffee either. The rooms were very small and had little light. The sheets were torn, and when I complained, they didn't even accept to change the room for us. The distance is very far from the city center. The room space is small and has little light. Breakfast was not good at all, and in general, we were not satisfied.
Everything was very average, not up to a five-star hotel. The room had no light and windows, which is very bad. There was high humidity in the room, and nothing was done about it. Breakfast at the hotel was not good at all. In general, I was not satisfied.
