Reviews
This hotel has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests, who have described it as clean, modern, quiet, and conveniently located. The courteous and friendly staff, combined with high standards of cleanliness, are among the key reasons for guest satisfaction. While breakfast was rated excellent and diverse in some reviews, others reported a lower quality or variety in recent experiences. Its proximity to the city center and convenient access were recurring positives, however, the distance to the shrine and parking limitations remain significant challenges. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and is considered a worthwhile option by many guests.

- Good and varied breakfast (in some experiences): Some guests rated the breakfast as complete, high quality, and comparable to a higher-end hotel.
- Modern and stylish hotel: The modern design, good lighting in rooms, and neat layout were frequently praised.
- Value for money: A significant number of guests considered the stay affordable given the cost paid.
- Limited or unsuitable parking: The recurring issue of limited parking or difficulty in using it is a significant weakness.

- Distance to the shrine for walking: For guests who prioritize proximity to the shrine, this hotel is sometimes considered too far away.
- Lack of certain amenities and equipment in rooms: The absence of items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, irons, or hygiene products has been mentioned in some reviews.
- Minor issues with services and coordination: Delays in service, inconsistencies in services, or cold interactions have been reported on several occasions.
- Some technical or comfort-related issues: Issues such as heating/cooling, refrigerator noise, bathroom ventilation, or the small size of some rooms have also been observed.
Everything was great and if I go to Araz Hotel again, I will definitely choose it. However, it was very far from the shrine. I also went there during a busy time, hopefully next time I'll go during off-peak hours with my car.
If you have a car and the distance to the shrine is not an issue for you, it's a good option.
Having parking is very convenient when entering and leaving the lobby and rooms. There was a smell of cleanliness, the hotel was well-maintained and really clean. The location was suitable and easy to access all places, close to the shrine but not so much as to walk
And the room didn't have a carpet.
Given the price, it was really good value. I had a four-bed room, but it didn't have a toothbrush and toothpaste which were quickly provided to me by the staff. The cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was great for 3 stars, with a good number of items. I find the smell of the room very important, and that was the first thing I noticed (it smelled clean)
The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness and location, which wasn't too far from the shrine, and easy access to the city center was also good.
If being close to the shrine is not important for you, in general it's not bad.
Very clean. Accessible. Close to the shrine. Detailed breakfast
Considering the hotel's management, water is not drinkable. With a high price of booking, at least a minimum amount of hot water should be provided for free.
